We realize for someone to be successful in today’s opportunity programs, the company must provide an easy, nearly fail-proof way for its members to earn enough income to pay for it and achieve their goals. We have done exactly that by creating this super easy program. These goals have not only been accomplished, but OneX can produce a fabulous income all by itself. So watch out, because the fuse is lit and it is about to explode! 

The cost of admission into QLxchange is FREE, however, to be placed in the program and earn an income you need to pay a one time out-of-pocket fee of $5 (or 1 x $5 = ?). By the way, that is the clue for the reason behind our name. One (1) times (X) $5. That’s right, one times five dollars, we did place the decimal point correctly. It would certainly be worth a price ten times or even 100 times more.

Here is how this simple program works:

1. It is FREE to join QLxchange, the parent program, which can provide you with enough income that you may never need to come out-of-pocket! OneX is the marketing arm for QLxchange and as an additional Profit Center within QLxchange, functions as a fast start bonus.
2. Once you login to your back office you can pay $5 to upgrade to Stage One - Tier 1. At that point, you are placed in the first available position in your sponsor’s 4 x 4 company forced matrix and sit at the top of your own matrix.
3. To insure that you do not need to come out-of-pocket for QLxchange, 100% of the income from OneX is paid back to the field.
4. The attraction of OneX will automatically build your QLxchange business.
5. Pay just a one time out-of-pocket upgrade fee of $5, which buys a training lesson.
6. There are two stages of commissions (Stage One & Stage Two) and it is with the same downline members.
7. Each Stage has 4 Tiers.
8. Upgrade to the next Tier from your profits and receive a new lesson for each upgrade.
9. Upgrading Rules:
1. With the exception of Stage One - Tier 1, the upgrading process creates a commission for two members.
1. The qualified upline (50% of the upgrade fee).
2. The sponsor of the qualified upline (50% of the upgrade fee). This equates to a 100% Matching Bonus.
2. A Tier 1 upgrade pays the member 1 level upline* (Stage One cost = $5, Stage Two cost = $80).
3. A Tier 2 upgrade pays the member 2 levels upline* (Stage One cost = $10, Stage Two cost = $160).
4. A Tier 3 upgrade pays the member 3 levels upline* (Stage One cost = $20, Stage Two cost = $320).
5. A Tier 4 upgrade pays the member 4 levels upline* (Stage One cost = $40, Stage Two cost = $640).
6. * If the selling member receiving a commission payment is not at the same Tier level or above of the member who is upgrading, they are not qualified. The software will look upline of the originally targeted member for the first member who is qualified. Once found, that member will receive the commission and their sponsor receives any paid Matching Bonus.

1: How do I enroll for FREE?
 Go to www.QLxchange.com/[username] or www.OneX.me/[username] and click on JOIN link, agree to the “Terms and Conditions”, fill out the application, and click on Submit.
2: How do I upgrade, so that I can earn an income at that Tier?
 Login to your back office and click on the Menu item “OneX”, select the submenu “Upgrade”. You will be redirected to the spend page for the next Tier (first will be Tier 1). From there do your spend. For Stage One - Tier 1, you will only have one member to pay. For all other Tiers, you will have two members to pay. The targeted member receives 50% of your upgrade fee and their sponsor receives the other 50%. This is because of the 100% Matching Bonus for all Tiers but the first.
3: Is OneX a gifting program?
 Certainly not! QLxchange is selling lessons on how to build a successful business with any networking opportunity. We are passing on 100% of the profit to our members, because the company earns an income in QLxchange and that is where our members will have their greatest opportunity. We simply want to help our members get involved with QLxchange. Later we will have our own payment processor, which will allow us to collect the payments and pay the commissions automatically, as normal.
4: Why is there not a 100% Match on Stage One - Tier 1?
 We give the entire commission to the qualified upline member to help them get started.
5: Are the commission payments and sponsor Matching Bonus payments made to the company or do they go directly to the recipients?
 All OneX payments go directly from the buyer to the seller and the seller’s sponsor.
6: Does the seller recipient have to be at the Tier level being purchased or higher in order to receive the commission?
 Yes. If a buyer is ready to make a Tier 3 purchase, but the seller has not yet purchased their Tier 3 product, then the system will search upline for the first available Tier 3 qualified seller and the seller’s sponsor to receive the payments.
7: Does the sponsor of a seller recipient have to be qualified at the Tier level being purchased in order to receive the 100% Matching Bonus?
 No.
8: How many entries am I allowed to have?
 Members are allowed only one entry per entity (individual or company). Initially there is no policing of this policy. Until we switch to our own payment processor. At that time, we will only allow one account per entity with a valid and current governmental issued ID, so any membership entry that has not followed this rule will be absorbed by the company. No exceptions.
9: There are only 340 positions in a 4 x 4 matrix. What happens after the matrix is full?
 Many members will fill every position in their matrix. Once that happens, the software generates a new matrix (Phase 2), so the member can keep on sharing this opportunity. Filling that matrix will generate a Phase 3 matrix and so forth.

Definitions

4 x 4 Matrix ~ The structure in which you build your downline. Members will be placed in this structure based on your personally sponsoring the new member or from spillover. The structure has 4 positions on your first row, 16 on your second, 64 on your third, and 256 on your forth.
Row ~ The same as level. One level below you is Row 1. Two levels below you is Row 2. Three levels below you is Row 3. Four levels below you is Row 4.
Stage ~ There are two stages. You only need to build your 4 x 4 matrix one time. There are two payment cycles, one for each stage. In Stage Two, you pay more for the lessons, but you pay for those lessons out of your earnings and those earnings are potentially huge!
Tier ~ Each stage has four Tiers. Each Tier progresses in cost and earnings.
Phase ~ After you fill every position in your matrix, you will be given another matrix in order to add new members. The new matrix will be placed in your sponsor’s matrix in the first available position. In regard to this new matrix, you will be starting over, as if you were a new member, but you will welcome this, because it will give you another opportunity to earn another fortune, right?
